MosFlex Market ("Company") values the privacy and security of users and clients utilizing the Kokpit Agency website (kokpitajans.com) and performance dashboard. This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR / KVKK) and Meta Platform Terms.

We collect and process the following categories of data to provide our performance services:

  • Contact & Identity Data: Name, surname, business email, phone number, brand name.
  • Meta Platform Data: Authorized via OAuth, including Meta Ad Account metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, ROAS), campaign analytics, Instagram insights, and messaging referral identifiers.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, session logs, and device metadata.

3. Use of Meta Platform Data

Platform Data obtained via Meta Graph API and Conversions API (CAPI) is used solely to provide agency services, monitor ad performance, generate reports, and supply AI-driven optimization proposals to the account owner.

  • No Data Sales: Platform Data is never sold, leased, or rented to any third party.
  • Access Isolation: Each client accesses only their authorized ad account data through encrypted dashboard sessions.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data transmission occurs over SSL/TLS encrypted protocols. Sensitive access tokens and API keys are stored in our infrastructure using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Upon contract termination or client request, all associated access tokens and metrics are permanently deleted from our servers. Clients can revoke access at any time via Facebook settings or submit a deletion request following our Data Deletion Instructions.
