1. Scope of Service

Kokpit Agency provides Meta performance ad management, Conversions API (CAPI) integration, multi-channel sales funnel tracking, and automated reporting services for e-commerce brands and boutiques under Agency, Consultancy, and SaaS models.

2. User Authorization & Account Safety

Clients grant required OAuth permissions on their Meta Ad Accounts and Instagram pages to enable optimization and reporting. Clients warrant that they hold valid administrative rights for the connected assets.

3. Meta Platform Compliance

Kokpit Agency strictly adheres to Meta Developer Policies and Ad Guidelines. Use of misleading, illegal, or policy-violating ad creatives or products is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Kokpit Agency brand, codebases, dashboard designs, and optimization software are owned by MosFlex Market. Client brand materials, trademarks, and store data remain the exclusive property of the client.
